landscaping a back garden
this garden had a tired old patio in it a few shrubs and a lawn and an old tree stump the remit was a low maintenance garden with some space for some plants the design i came up with was to patio two thirds of the area with indian stone and put in a raised bed made with sleepers leaving a large patio area in front of the house the end of the garden i put in a raised decking area which had two levels another small raised bed to the side of this the back of the garage was also flaged making this a usable space
